Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Sarah Anne Cleaning for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

2. Service Provision

We agree to provide cleaning services as outlined in our correspondence and accepted quotes. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, wear and tear, or pre-existing damage.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4. Health and Safety

Clients must ensure a safe working environment. If a property is deemed hazardous (due to biohazards, aggressive animals, or structurally unsafe conditions), we reserve the right to refuse service upon arrival.

5. Liability

Sarah Anne Cleaning holds Public Liability Insurance. Any claims regarding property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We accept no liability for damage resulting from faulty fixtures or previously compromised surfaces.
